Here at MPAS we believe in transparency and ethical business practices. Please find our pricing below for all to see. We don't like surprises any more than you do, so when we provide you with a quote, that is the most you will pay.

Our price list is effective from Oct/23 to Oct/24

It is important to note that we no longer include "shut down service" in our packages. This practice has proven to be detrimental to the reliability and serviceability of the Spa and can result in extensive damage and/or premature wear to parts and components.

Owners package.

$1199.00 Per Season

This package is perfect for the weekender and includes all of the following:

Start up service
once per week service including all chemicals from 15-Nov through 15-Apr
1 water change and filter change. (additional water and/or filters are subject to charge)
End of season water change
Option for 2 year contract and summer service if desired.

Full time package

$1999.00 Per Season

This package is designed for units in the rental pool or high occupancy units and includes all of the following:

Start up service
twice per week service including all chemicals from 15-Nov through 15-Apr
End of season water change.
Option for 2 year contract and summer service if desired

Summer Service
$289.00 May to Oct
$45.00 extra visits

This can be used as a standalone service or combined with an existing contract. When not in use a Spa uses very little power and only requires once per month service. It is safer to leave it running and prevent the seals from drying out and corrosion in the pump and spa pack. This package includes:

Once per month service from May through Oct
All chemicals
Additional visits are charged at $45.00 per visit for customers whose spa is in use during the off season and need more than once per month service.
Filters and water changes are extra. See below for pricing.

THE EXTRAS

$165.00 WATER CHANGE Drain, fill and balance Spa (Filters are extra)

$249.00 DEEP CLEAN (removes buildup and grease from lines and plumbing)

$75.00 Per hour REPAIRS (parts are extra)

$325.00 SHUT DOWN SERVICE (Drain, clean and "winterize" Spa)

$55.00 AFTER HOURS CALLOUT FEE minimum charge
